WHAT TO DO IF THE INTERNET GOES DOWN

Everyone needs a little help. That's what we're here for.TRY RESTARTING YOUR COMPUTER.

IF YOU ARE CONNECTED TO A ROUTER, POWERCYCLE THE UNIT BY UNPLUGGING THE POWER AND PLUG IT BACK IN.

IF THIS DOESN’T SOLVE THE PROBLEM, PLUG THE INTERNET DIRECTLY INTO YOUR COMPUTER. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE ETHERNET CABLE (THE CABLE THAT COMES FROM THE ANTENNA OUTSIDE) PLUGGED INTO THE POWER SUPPLY WE PROVIDED.

IF YOU SEE A RED “X” WHERE YOUR HIGH SPEED ICON IS, YOU MAY HAVE SOMETHING UNPLUGGED. INSURE THAT YOU HAVE A GOOD CONNECTION TO YOUR COMPUTER AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A GREEN LIGHT ON YOUR POWER SUPPLY.

There are the power supply units we would have provided you with
(left) 900 ps                                                                       (right) pmp 320

IF YOU ARE SEEING A YELLOW CAUTION SIGN WHERE YOUR HIGH SPEED ICONS ARE THAT SAYS LIMITED OR NO CONNECTIVITY, TRY UNPLUGGING YOUR ETHERNET CABLE FROM THE POWER SUPPLY. THIS WILL RESET YOUR MODUAL. YOU WILL SEE A RED “X” OVER YOUR ICONS. ONCE YOU SEE THE “X” PLUG THE CABLE BACK INTO THE POWER SUPPLY.
