We have become aware that some of our email customers are having an issue logging in using third party email programs such has Thunderbird, Outlook, Gmail, and Apple Mail. If you are having this issue, please go to this website https://help.emailsrvr.com/, log in using your email address and password, and the website will show you the new settings that you’ll need to enter into the settings on your email program.
Once you’ve logged into the support center, click on the “set up mail” option under the “Tools” section. The website will then ask you several questions about your device. Once that is completed, it will show you the new settings that you’ll have to enter into your email program.
